HealthDay - TUESDAY, July 29 (HealthDay News) -- The gene most oftenassociated with Alzheimer's disease doesn't provide a complete picture ofoverall risk, according to researchers who analyzed family histories ofthe disease.

- Eat less later in the day. Breakfast is the most important meal. Lunch should be a healthy meal but should not be as much as breakfast. As the day goes on eat less. This is because your activity decreases so you burn les calorie
- Multivitamins are essential since in our daily lives we constantly have less and less time to eat well balanced meals. Since we are not getting well balanced meals and our bodies still need the proper nutrients, it is important that take a good multi-vitamin to make up for the loss
- Eliminate stress as much as possible. Stress attributes to poor health. The more stress you have the less likely you will lead a healthy life. Stress attributes to high blood pressure, headaches, and fatigue.
- A good nights sleep is always a benefit to staying healthy. When asleep your body gets the rest it needs from all the day activities. This allows it to rebuild steam to get ready for the next day. Your serotonin levels increase while your muscles relax and your mind is cleared and prepared for another day. Six to eight hours a day is a good dosage of sleep.
- Laughter may be the key to happiness, but it is also a key to staying healthy. Laughter creates several positives effects in the body. Blood pressure is lowered. Your muscles relax, your immune system improves and your heart and lungs are strengthen.
